Description of Violation:
1) More than one commercial vehicle or a commercial vehicle over 10,000
pounds gross weight in a residential zone require a conditional use permit.
Corrective Action Required: Unless a conditional use permit is first obtained for this use at this
property: 1) Remove any commercial vehicle over 10,000 pounds licensed gross weight from the
residentially zoned property or right-of-way.
Correction is Required no later than: 1:00pm (time) October 16, 2005 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
