This Notice serves to advise all persons that this structure is unsafe
and shall not be entered for any reason other than during daylight
hours for the express purpose of retrieving essential per items
from the non -flame -damaged portion of the house. This notice is in
addition to, and support of, the Do Not Occupy order posted by Fire
District 1 on August 6, 2017.
The structure is in violation of the International Property Maintenance
Code as follows (including but not limited to):
1. Section 301 General Requirements
2. Section 501 Plumbing Requirements
