In reviewing the proposed trash enclosure for this project, the location and orientation is
appropriate. However, the inside finished dimension on the width needs to be 12' to meet the
minimum standard. The current proposed detail shows 12' as the outside dimension.
Also the gate posts need to be placed at the end of the side walls in order to allow gate swing to
move past 90 degrees, at a minimum, plus it helps to obtain the 12' clear opening.
The detail plan needs to indicate the use and position of appropriate drop pins for gate open and
closed positions. Please make these corrections with your resubmittal.
