We have made our final submittal for building and planning. Civil we be in today or tomorrow.
Owner has footings ready to pour. Our structural engineer David will do an inspection and write an inspection report so
the owner can get footings poured prior to issuance of permit. We have done this before in other jurisdictions.
We realize we are doing this at our own risk. If you would like to do an inspection feel free to go by the site and check it
out.
