Proposed area is highlighted in yellow on attached site plan drawings. • New square footage is 1310 sg ft (less than 2000 sq ft which would require additional city storm water run off planning). Site plan shows perimeter measurements. • New ROW will not exceed allowable 24 ft per 2 car garage for residence requirement • This project replaces 1/2 of the curb cut (other half was replaced recently) - again, total length of driveway approach will not exceed 24 ft. Street paving material to be replaced per protocol. • Curb cut type will be exactly as existing (i.e. curb gutter or not) • The driveway will remain 24ft wide until the five feet buffer required to get onto private property to satisfy easement requirements.
