Plan review for required trash enclosure
PRE20130026 – Kautz Route multi-family, 23220 Edmonds Way, Edmonds
The proposed trash enclosure meets the minimum size requirements and is in a location that is
accessible for collection trucks.
Comments from this property’s waste hauler state that the paved “hammerhead” area of the
property is adequate for regular servicing and safe egress. A further comment mentioned
possible disruption of service if vehicles are ever parked outside of garages in most of the paved
area, since maneuvering could be restricted.
Formal submission requires enclosure details in both plan and elevation views, showing inside
finished dimensions of the structure and details on materials, gate stops, etc.
