Krazan & Associates representative arrived on site as requested by contractor for
proprltotaiy ariel-tor lllSpecllon. C,onTractor installing 5/8" all thread rod with epoxy.
Contractor drilled twelve holes, 16" o.c. in the top of the north exterior stem wall.
Twelve 9-3/4" X 5/8" all thread rods were installed in the holes with a minimum embed
of 5".
All holes were drilled using the correct size carbide tipped drill bit in a rotary percussive
hammer drill. Holes were cleaned with the appropriate wire brush and compressed air.
Epoxy used was Simpson Set XP with expiration date 06/07/21. An adequate amount of
epoxy was used to completely encapsulate the embedded portion of bars. Installation
was performed in strict accordance with ICC ESR 2713.
