Landsaping and Green Factor Compliance.pdfLANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE , SITE PLANNING • URBAN DESIGN 02 July 2019 Kernen Lien City of Edmonds Edmonds, Washington 98026 Re: Westgate Village - Kernen, The Westgate Village project requires as part of our permitting to provide confirmation of construction/installation of materials that were specified as part of our permitting. Utilizing the Green factor Score sheet to provide supporting information regarding achieving the 0.4 points as part of the bonus height calculations. I am writing to confirm the installation of the landscape, including trees, shrubs, groundcover, pervious surfaces, vertical trellis, & bio-retention were installed per our drawings with respect to the green factor. I am including a sheet illustrating our percentages for both amenity areas, which include the breakdown for the impervious, pervious, and planting areas. I am also including the green factor score sheet for reference. Let me know if there is anything further, I can provide to illustrate Westgate Village landscape was installed per plan.
