Henbart has contracted with Unico Sustainability (Unico), a division of Unico Properties, to manage the green building certification process for this project with the goal of achieving LEED Silver, This letter and LEED scorecard summarizes the anticipated LEED points the project will likely achieve, and outlines the certification timeline. Based on careful review and analysis of the project's location, design, and construction activities, Unico anticipates the project will achieve at least 50 points and a Silver rating. As part of the LEED application, Unico will submit 55 points for review, with the understanding that some points may not be achieved per the review from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), the organization that performs third -party technical review and verification of LEED-registered projects.
