Transportation Right of Way Vacation for 84th Ave W.
I agree to covering an amount, up to $15,000.00, for Street Vacation procedures.
I have every intention of applying for street vacation once the property is acquired by the
City of Edmonds from WSDOT or sooner. Please keep me informed of the process and
progress as I am eager to see this through.
