The City is unable to locate a certificate of occupancy in our records for the church property,
however our records do show an approved remodel permit from 2007 recognizing an E (education)
occupancy for a portion of the building. Specifically, the space recognized as E occupancy is in the
southwest corner of the basement and is depicted in the City of Edmonds approved plans under
permit number BLD2007-0158.
