On April 9, 1 requested additional information related to your short subdivision application and we have yet to
receive a response — I'd be happy to answer any questions that you may have. It was recently brought to my
attention that the survey submitted for the Henson short plat application may need to be revised. The northern
boundary line of Ms. Henson's property is shown in a slightly different location than a survey that was submitted to
the City by the property owner to the north (AFN 200807165004). I'm writing to let you know that said property
line dispute will need to be resolved before we can continue review of your application, which has been "on hold"
since April.
