During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to how it
has been addressed and where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised
plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.The design professional must submit a written statement stamped/signed that The undersigned
has provided building enclosure documents that in my professional judgment are appropriate to
satisfy RCW 64.55 .005 through 64.55.090.
2.The original approved plans for these buildings show them to be Type V 1-hour construction
with 1-hour fire rated exterior wall assemblies. The details provided do not show all exterior
walls that are to be repaired as 1-hour assemblies. Please revise/clarify.
