Overview:
Provide and install one (1) 1.5-ton split system heat pump (HP/CU-3) and one (1) energy
recovery unit (ERV-1) with associated duct work and fire & control dampers per plans.
Eliminate one exhaust fan.
Description:
The above equipment has been added to the mechanical (HVAC) scope of this project
due to a change in occupancy type of one of the Level 1 spaces —'Bikes Dog Wash &
Kayaks L436' is now `Fitness L436'. Changes to the plans are clouded with revisions
delta 12 & 14. Fresh air for the fitness room will be drawn in on Level 1 through a new
louver (L-5). Stale air will be exhausted to the open garage adjacent to the fitness room.
The space will be heated/cooled using the added split system heat pump.
Note: HP/CU-4,5&6 (and associated equipment/duct work clouded with revision delta
13) should not be considered a revision to this permit at this time (see general note #1 on
sheet MI. 1).
