Subject: KRASSNER SHORT PLAT CIVILS REVIEW (5-08-30)
The following are my comments regarding the civil drawings submitted for the Krassner short plat at
18111 84'" Ave. W.
1) Retaining Walls: Please show the top/toe of the existing rockery and proposed retaining wall along
the northern edge of Lots 1 and 2 on the Grading & TESC Plan. Retaining walls may be no greater
than three feet (3') above original grade when located within setback areas.
2) Replacement Trees: PIease confirm the locations of the three firs proposed to be replaced between
Lots 1 and 2 as indicated on the Tree Retention and Replacement Plan. It does not matter on which
lot they are located as long as there is no question about future ownership and, therefore,
maintenance.
