On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the building permit revisions for The
Gregory. The following correction is necessary to complete review of the application:
Bike Racks
. Thank you for providing photos of the bike rack location. However, I
would like to see what the racks will actually look like in the area once installed. You
could overlay a drawing on top of the photo, or just provide a sketch. As Im sure you
are aware, the project was highly controversial with the neighboring property owners. In
an effort to ward off any future complaints from neighbors, I would like to know exactly
what it will look like before signing off on it. Thank you for understanding.
Please respond in writing to the above item and submit two copies of the revisions. Make
all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday,
9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
