Dear Mr. Allen,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is still needed to approve the application:
1.Site Plan. Please add the height calculations to the reduced site plan. See #2 below.
2.Height Calculations. The site plan shows the elevation of the four corners of the height
rectangle and the average grade. Please also add the maximum and actual elevations to
the site plan.
3.Planting Plan. As required by the Architectural Design Boards decision, please provide
a final planting plan. The landscape plan must be submitted in order to approve BLD-
2006-0845
4.Final Color Selections. Also as required by the Architectural Design Board, please
provide final color selection samples. This also must be submitted to approve BLD-
2006-0845.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through
Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit one copy of the letter or legal
sized site plan and two copies of everything else. If you have any questions, feel free to contact

noon on Fridays.
