Dear Christy & Michel,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to complete review of your application:
Height Calculations.
a.Point B. Point B appears to be the NE corner of the residence. It needs to be moved
eastward to include the addition. Please revise on the site plan. If the average grade
changes as a result, please recalculate the maximum height and
re-label the elevation views
b.Datum point. The datum point cannot be attached to the house. Possible datum points
include the top of a fire hydrant, the top of a manhole cover, or a survey monument in the
centerline of the road.
You may red-line the existing plans or submit 3 copies of the site plan and 2 copies of the
elevation views. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator,
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions,
