I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The
following revisions are needed to approve the application:
Datum Point
1.. Please identify the datum point used. The site plan states an elevation
base of 100, but no datum is shown. It must be a permanent point of reference such
as the top of a manhole cover or street monument. Please revise the site plan
accordingly.
Height Calculations.
On the elevation views, please label the average grade,
maximum elevation, and actual elevation.
You may redline the existing plans or provide new copies. Please make all submittals to
a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 425.771.0220
