I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to process the application:
Accessory Dwelling Unit Application. The Planning Division cannot approve your building
permit application, until youve received approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Ive
enclosed the handout describing the application process. If you would like the remaining
application materials, please contact the Planning Division.
The Development Services Department is open to the public Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to
noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You can pick-up the remaining application materials at our office or
they can be sent to you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext
1330. I work a part-time schedule, and am typically in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and
every other Friday.
