During review of the revisions for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Please submit written responses to the comments below, including
where changes can be found on the plans, and 2 sets of revised plans/documents (3 copies of site plan,
including reduced copy) to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1.Sheet A2.10:
a.What is the purpose of the proposed ramp? Clearly show what the ramp is leading to. Note
the slope, width, length of the ramp, including flared sides.
b.Include new exit door from Retail 5 in the revision bubble.
c.Coordinate revision # locations on the plans with the actual description in the title block
(e.g. ramp is revision 5, wall is revision 4, etc.).
2.Submit revised elevation view (Sheet A5.01) showing the proposed design of the bike rack/PUD area,
including the new ramp. As you may recall the previously approved revision did not include this area.
3.Provide a revised site plan of the proposed configuration and use of space for the bike rack/utility area,
including clear location of fences, gates, guardrails, etc. The currently approved site plan (sheet A1.10
of original plans) shows that the ramp would access the electrical meter area.
