Steinman, Member Manager MMR Development Company, LLC 4731-12th Avenue NE Seattle, WA 98105 nd RE: STEINMAN’S MEADOWDALE ESTATES (6880 172 St SW) RELEASE OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE BOND Dear Mr. Steinman, It is time for the landscape maintenance bond for Steinman’s Meadowdale Estates to be released. Today I visited the site to verify that the overall landscaping improvements have been maintained. As the planner who originally processed the subdivision application, it was exciting for me to see the site developed. It looks so nice, and the homes are beautiful. Mr. Merle Steinman would be so pleased. The landscape bond amount is for $3,000. In order for the City to release the bond, a few improvements need to be made. Please refer to the list below: 1.Seating Area. At the north end of the subdivision, the landscape plan specifies a seating area with benches, just north of Lot 5. Please install 1 to 2 benches. 2.Swings. At the north end of the subdivision, just north of Lot 6, the plan shows a platform with swings. The platform has been installed, but there is no equipment on the platform. If you think something other than swings would be more appropriate for the location, please let me know what you would prefer to put in its place. 3.Trail in NW Corner. The trail within the northwest corner of the subdivision is somewhat overgrown. Please cut back the vegetation as needed. 4.Community Gardens. At the time of inspection the community gardens appeared to be somewhat overgrown with weeds. It is unlikely that any plants will need to be replaced; just some minor maintenance to the area would be appreciated.
