During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and where
changes can be found on the plans. Please resubmit to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
1.Revised floor plan must be re-stamped/signed by the engineer of record.
2.Show location of existing exhaust fans and clearly show how bathroom/shower/laundry areas
will be open to areas already containing exhaust fans.
3.Note that water heater is electric.
4.Per our phone conversation, revise tub to shower (unless you have decided to keep the tub).
