SUBJECT: Maintenance Bond: Meadowdale Estates 6880 172 St SW
Dear Mr. Steinman,
The City of Edmonds Engineering Division has performed the required two-year maintenance
inspection of the site improvements for the MMR Development Co. Plat located at 6880
172nd St SW. In order for the Site Improvement Maintenance Bond to be released the
following correction must be made:
1.Replace two failed sections of curb/gutter at driveway approach to vacant lot 17125

69 Pl W entrance. Curb/gutter sections are cracked in two places. Please see
attached photos.
2.Vault valve issue has been resolved.
Please call the Engineering Inspection line at 425-771-0220, ext. 1326 to request a final
inspection once this correction has been made. Upon final approval the City will allow for
release of your maintenance bond.
