Dear Mr. Dion,
The City received a complaint regarding the pole sign at the subject property blocking the
pedestrian Walk/Dont Walk sign facing south at the intersection. Apparently the sign
has been hit by a truck and is no longer at a 90 degree angle. A picture is enclosed for
your review.
Corrective actions required by July 20, 2007:
Please adjust the sign back to its original installation angle so the Walk/Dont

Walk sign is visible to north bound pedestrians from the southwest corner of the
intersection.
It may be preferable and an opportunity for you to relocate or install a new sign

(permit required) that would be clear of the pedestrian signal and in less danger of
being struck again.
