This business will be run onsite in an existing 20' by 24' structure located on the property. The business will be a personal training studio in which individual clients will be trained. Clients will schedule sessions in advance for one-on-one personal training. Expansion in the future may involve online training and nutritional counseling as well as program development. The structure of the business will allow for all codes to be adhered to for conditional use of the single-family residential zoning for a home occupation business. The temporary and permanent keeping of animals associated with the home occupation must comply with all provisions of Chapter 5.05 (Animal Control) of the City Code and ECDC Title 16; ^ The home occupation will not include storage, display ofgoods, building materials and/or the operation of building machinery, commercial vehicles or other tools, unless it meets all of the following criteria: (e) |nwholly enclosed within a structure orbuilding; (b) Does not emit noise, odor orheat; and (c)Does not create glare oremit light fromthaoiteinxiolationoftheCity's performance criteria; and ~ All services will be rendered inside of the structure onsite, apparel or goods associated with business will renoian inside this structure at all Urnea as well. ° Does not create econdition which injures orendangenstheconnfort.orpooeheaKhmrgafoty threats, ofpersons onabutting properties orstreets; and , No interaction with any adjacent property owners will take place.
