You are currently operating in violation of Edmonds Community Development Code Section
17.70.040 Bistro/Outdoor Dining
the Bistro Dining Code. Fees for use of public property for
exclusive private commercial use are regulated under Resolution No. 1228 established April 20,
2010. Please see copy of this Resolution attached.
Please note Section 1 A and B, stating that fees shall be paid monthly on or before the first day of
each month that public property is being used. The annual administrative renewal fee shall be

paid by January 15 of each year that public property is used. The City does not provide a bill for
this privilege.
A reminder of the fees due and the annual agreement paperwork was provided by hand to your
establishment and the process has been discussed with you several times.
Please make the payment necessary to meet compliance requirements within 5
working days. If the compliance deadline is not met, your permit will be revoked.
Complete the Annual Agreement attached and submit with your payment.
