The Fire Department has thje following comments after reviewing your plans under the
current ECDC and the 2006 International Fire Code with Washington State
Ammendments:
1) Apply for a Fire Connection Pernmit. This is not a deferred submittal and must
be issued with the main building permit.

The sprinkler riser room needs to be on an exterior wall on the East (5 Ave)
side of the building. I will include a copy of the above permit requirements with
this notice which will answer some of your questions.
2) Deferred submittals are the Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Life Safety Plan and the
. Fire Protection Footprint.
