During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment. Please resubmit
to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit Coordinator.
1.Plans must be stamped and signed by a State licensed Architect or Professional Engineer since
the building exceeds 4 units. One set of the plans must be wet signed by the design professional.
2.Clearly show the proposed work on the plans and distinguish from existing construction.
3.Provide a detail showing stud size, spacing, gyp, etc. and anchoring to the structure above and
below for lateral support, minimum door header and how that will work with a flat stud wall,
etc.
4.Provide a written contractors bid for the proposed work.
5.Show how combustion air will be provided to the gas water heater (all from outside), or note if
direct vent.
