RE: NOTICE OF CORRECTION

A final Engineering inspection has been performed for Pine View Place, 1020 2 Ave S.
The following items need to be corrected in order for the City to grant final engineering
project approvalfor the Subdivision and the all 3 single family residences.
General
1.Need to submit an as-built. There should be one as-built that has all the improvements
completed for the subdivision and the single family residences. The as-built should
include invert elevations, depths, pipe size, pipe material, locationof the dry utilities,
etc.
2.Install fire aide address sign.
3.Need to submit pavement compaction test report.
4.Provide report from engineer for permeable driveways.
Right of Way improvements

1.The storm line installed under the driveway of 1005 2 Ave S (ductile iron) needs to
match the existing ditch elevations. This can happen by either relaying the pipe or it
appears that you may be able to remove some of the soils in the ditch to match the
elevation of the northern half of the ditch. Please make sure that the soils are
permanately stabilized once this has been addressed.
2.Need to restore landscape in place of gravel within the ROW, between 1005 &1011

2 Ave S.
3.Construction debris needs to be cleaned from north side of subdivision driveway
entrance.
4.The porta potty needs to be removed from the right of way.
Storm
5.Catch basins need to have socks and/or fabric removed.
6.Catch basins need to be grouted - risers, riser to frame, pickholes, etc.
7.Catch basins need to be cleaned, free of all sediment and debris.
8.Pipe within catch basins should not extend beyond a few inches, such as in CB 8.
Please cut back any extended pipe for all CB’s, as needed.
9.Gutters and downspouts need to be installed and connected.
10.Remove fines from all quarry spall swales.
11.Remove exposed soils from drain field along the back of lot 3.
Sewer
12.Within sewer manhole at property line the exposed pipe needs to be mudded to
prevent debris from getting stuck between the manhole and the pipe.
13.Sewer manhole needs to be grouted. Make sure risers are grouted to frame as well.
14.Make all sewer pumps accessible.
15.All pumps will need to be tested at time of inspection to ensure that the
alarms/flotations are working properly.
Water Meter

16.Water meter box cover for 1030 2 Ave S. needs to be cleaned and accessible.
17.Water meter boxes need to be relatively clean so city crews have access to shut off valve.
18.One meter box lid needs to be rotated.
