This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced street vacation application
pursuant to Section 20.70.140.0 of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC). On Tuesday,
June 19, 2018, the City Council adopted an ordinance vacating the portion of unopened right-of-way lying
directly south of 10430 231 st St. SW beginning at the western boundary of 10430 231 st St. SW and running
east to the eastern boundary of 10410 231 st St. SW (Ordinance No. 4114). As required by ECDC
20.70.140.C, this notice is being mailed to all parties of record to the subject decision.
