During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, corrections, or clarifications are needed.
1.Provide a plumbing schematic of all 3 floors showing all fixtures, vents,
drains, and trunk line. (see example attached)
Please resubmit 2 copies of revised plans/documents and written responses to corrections to a
Development Services Coordinator.
