During review of the above noted revisions, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to
how it has been addressed (support with code sections where applicable), and where changes can be
found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit
Coordinator.
1)Enclosed is the Citys plumbing handout for minimum submittal requirements. Please revise the
plans to show all information. A complete review will be done when revised plans are
submitted.
2)Submit plumbing plans for each entire floor. Where enlarged plans have been provided, such as
at the restrooms, cross-reference where they apply on the floor plan.
3)It appears that P3 is showing plumbing for future tenant improvements. Remove TI plumbing
from the plans and submit with Tenant Improvement permits.
4)Clarify the gas notations at the exterior of the southwest corner of the building.
