Description of Violation:. Storm water drainage vault overflow valve stuck in open position and
therefore vault is not functioning as designed. The vault is currently not detaining any storm water
runoff from the Meadowdale Estate subdivision, approx. 6.1 acres in size therefore violating ECDC
development requirements and endangering the functionality of the downstream city drainage system,
and increasing the possibility of flooding and erosion caused by increased water runoff rates.
Corrective Action Required: 1) Immediate repair of vault to bring into compliance with ECDC
chapter 18.30 Storm Water Management
Correction is Required no later than: Monday, November 30, 2009 12:00 PM
