Description of Violation: 1) As per letter dated October 27, 2006 — "Only portable freestanding signs
may be_used_as temporary off -premises signage. The maximum allowable sign area for all temporary
off -premises freestanding signs is six square feet. The maximum allowable sign height for all permitted
off premises siens is three feet."
Corrective Action Required:l) As per letter dated October 27, 2006 -- "Please remove the
referenced signage. Please review and comply with the enclosed real estate sign code before
placing future real estate signage."
Correction is Required no later than: 4:00pm (time) November 3, 2006 (date)
If correction is not made by the date and time specified in the Order, a Notice of
Civil Violation shall be issued. The Notice of Civil Violation shall assess fines of
$100.00 per day, or portion of a day, during which the violation continues.
