FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS ARE NOTED:
A. LOTS 1 AND 2 ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF THE INTERIOR STREET
ARE LESS THAN THE MINIMUM ALLOWABLE WIDTH OF 70 FEET.
B. TURNAROUND WIDTH OF 75 FEET, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT, IS
5 FEET NARROWER THAN THE CITY'S MINIMUM STANDARD OF SO FEET.
C. A DUPLICATION IN LOT NUMBERS EXISTS, WHICH SHOULD BE REMEDIED
BY RENUMBERING OF THE LOTS CONSECUTIVELY.
D. IT IS NOTED THAT LOT 4 (WEST) HAS AN EXISTING GARAGE WITH NO
SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED STREET RIGHT—OF—WAY. PLAT APPROVAL SHOULD BE MADE
