Where drainage is across adjacent private property, necessary releases of damage or drainage easements must be furnished. Any drainage problems created by change of contractors during plat development must be corrected prior to final plat approval or release of plat bond. Final approval of plat (or release of plat bond) will be withheld until actual drainage as installed has been inspected and approved by the City Engineer. 3) 30 feet right-of-way for proposed Eighth Avenue be dedicated to the City of Edmonds as provided in the preliminary plat. 4) Curb and gutter to be installed along the north right-of-way of Casper Street within the east and west boundaries of proposed plat. This curb and gutter construction may be performed either at time of plat development or at time of proposed Z.I.D. for that area. 6) Necessary right-of-way be dedicated to the City of that portion of Lot 6 as provided in the preliminary plat, and additional setback be provided from right-of-way line to building line on said lot for adequate vision of traffic at the intersection of 9th and Casper.
