Gentlemen:
The subject preliminary plat has been carefully reviewed by the
undersigned, field and map studies conducted with respect -thereto, and
problems relating to the plat discussed with members of the Planning Com-
mission. Recommendation is respectfully made that this plat be approved
contingent upon the following stipulations:
1. Install all necessary storm sewers and drainage facilities
per drainage plan. Where drainage is across adjacent. pri-
vate property, necessary release of damages or drainage
easements must be furnished. Any drainage problems created
by change of contour during plat development must be cor-
rected prior to -final plat approval or release of plat bond.
Final approval of plat (or release of plat bond) will be
withheld until actual drainage as installed has: been in-
spected and approved by the City Engineer.
2. Percolation tests be made on all_.lots.by a licensed soils
engineer..or civil engineer, and test to b.p. approved by the
City Engineer. All ss eptic tank drain fieldto be .placed
a minimum of 100 feet from all drainage :and creeks. The
