This will confirm that -the Ec€monds Planning Commission, at their regular
meeting of March 18.$-1964,, approved your application for the proposed
plat of Olympic Lane subject to the fulfillment of the requirements set
forth in the City Engineer's Letter of March 16, 1964, as followst
1. A four -inch C.I.: water line with appurtenances be installed
from Sixth Ave. W. to the end of the cul-de-sac with a four -
inch fire hydrant installed on the end of this four -inch C.Z.
water line.
2. Install all necessary storm sewers and drainage facilities per
drainage plan.: Where drainage is across adjacent private
property, necessary release of damages or.release of drainage
easements must be furnished. Any drainage problems created by
change of contour during plat development must be corrected
prior to plat approval or release of plat bond. Final approval
of plat (or release of plat bond) will be withheld until actual
drainage as installed has been inspected by the City Engineer.
3. The cul-de-sac within the plat to be paved to a width of thirty-
six feet with the installation of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.
All driveway entrances to be constructed of Portland Cement
concrete and in conformance with the City of Edmonds standards.
No paving or construction to be performed in the city right-of-
way without prior notice to the City Engineer.
