The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/completed. Please submit 3 sets of revised
drawings to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, if required.
Plumbing/Mechanical Comments
1. Over all the GGI (out side grease interceptor) looks pretty good with only minor
changes required.
• All legs and tees are required to be 6" PVC per Ordinance.
• All legs must be 12" above the vessel floor
• Please include inlet venting for the GGI.
• The risers Oust 6" pipe) should be at least 4" above the water surface.
• Be sure to specify stainless steel straps and anchor bolts on the top and
below each riser/drop leg. (The stainless steel conduit strap kits work well
in this application.)
• Please slope grade to ensure runoff is diverted from M/H lids.
