Please provide written responses to each comment as to how it has been addressed, and where changes can be found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Marie Harrison, Senior Permit Coordinator. 1.Letter requesting Alternate Materials and Methods of Construction must be stamped and wet signed by the Architect. 2.Add Uniform Plumbing Code section 301.2 (Alternate Materials and Methods of Construction Equivalency) to the letter 3.Provide covenant to be recorded against the property for the RHS system as noted in Permit Application Submittal Requirements item 2i. 4.Sheet P2.0 shows the NP plumbing continuing up to the mezzanine. Provide Sheet P2.1 as noted on the plan for continuation. 5.Note the concrete design strength and minimum soil bearing on the structural detail for the pad. 6.Note on the plans that where nonpotable and potable water piping are located in the same trench, wall cavity, etc. the potable water pipe shall be separated 12” minimum from the nonpotable water piping (Item 9 of the COE policy). 7.Note the roof surface material on the plans (Roof Drainage System of COE Policy). 8.Note the pipe material for the cistern supply and overflow to storm drain. 9.Since the support pad for the tank has already been poured, provide Special Inspection reports for the following: a.Soil bearing verification b.Placement of reinforcement, gravel base, pad size and thickness 10.Additional Special Inspections are required for welding and Wedge All anchors. Please note on plans.
