Project Address: 9803 Edmonds Way
During re -review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and
where changes can be found on the plans. Please resubmit to Marie Harrison, Permit Coordinator.
1. Previous item 25: We are still awaiting a copy of Snohomish County Health District letter.
2. Revised plans as needed to address refrigeration comments under permit 2008-0097.
3. Air admittance valves are not permitted without first obtaining an approved Alternate Materials
and Methods of Construction Equivalency (UPC 301.2) from the Building Official. Vent
through roof or provide loop vent per UPC 909.0. If you are interested in applying for an
Alternate Materials and Methods of Construction Equivalency, provide a written request
referencing UPC 301.2, reason(s) why venting cannot be done through roof or with a loop vent,
and demonstrate equivalency as noted in UPC 301.2 ($180 fee required).
