The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/completed. Please submit 3 sets of revised
drawings to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, if required, or a written
response to the review comments to the Development Services Permit Coordinator
and the Pretreatment Reviewer.
1.Do you intend on making any changes to your brewing process or adding to
your brewing process?
2.What is your wastewater discharge in gallons per day? Are you adding to your
daily wastewater discharge?
3.Is there food being prepared and served with the brewery products in a tasting
room? If so, please describe.
4.During your cleaning operation with acid and caustic cleaners, please describe
the plan you have to ensure your discharge meets the City Code for pH
discharges between 5 and 11. This includes how you will monitor pH and
neutralize discharges that are not between a pH of 5 and 11.
5.Do you use filters or screens on wastes prior to the discharge to the side sewer
when the tanks are being cleaned and/or drained?
