The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/completed. Please submit 3 sets of revised
drawings to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, if required, or a written
response to the review comments to the Development Services Permit Coordinator
and the Pretreatment Reviewer.
Please respond in writing (to the Development Services Permit Coordinator and Cc
Pretreatment by fax or email - note: Email preferred) to the items listed below:
1.The plans submitted to the City include a triple sink. This sink is required
to have both the wash and rinse sink compartments connected to a 35 gpm
Note:
grease trap (GT), not currently shown on the plans. The County
Health Department will require the sanitize sink to be isolated from the
GT and preferably emptying into a floor sink with an air gap. Please
contact the Snohomish County Health Department for any code questions
regarding the sanitize sink.
2.The 35gpm GT must have access to remove the lid and baffle assemblies.
3.A GT sizing sheet is enclosed. This will be required for your permit
submittal.
