The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/completed. Please submit 3 sets of revised
drawings to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, if required, or a written
response to the review comments to the Development Services Permit Coordinator
and the Pretreatment Reviewer.
1.Please list medications, treatments, and lab chemicals used at the vision clinic along
with how they will be recycled/disposed.
2.Will there be any grinding and other by-products associated with the manufacturer of
glasses and contact lens (or will they be brought in from an outside vender)?
