Steve,
A re -inspection was called in for yesterday, but upon our inspectors visit to the site it was noted that
you were not ready for this inspection. Alix spoke with you and I am following up with this email to
make sure we are on the same page with what's needed on a couple of items.
1) Photo below shows the small tree has not been removed and the area below the tree has
not been sloped back as directed in the correction notice dated 10/28/2016.
2) Photo below shows the utility pipes have not been cut to grade and the cast iron lamphole
cover has not been installed at the property line as directed in correction notice dated
10.28.2016

3) Shown in the photo below are plantings abutting the sidewalk. Vegetation was required to
be planted in this area to prevent vehicles from driving off the access road, however, as
discussed on site, the vegetation was to be held back to allow for proper sight distance. In
addition, it was noted in the correction notice that vegetation at mature height shall not
exceed 3-feet in mature height.
The above mentioned only addresses a couple of the items in the correction notice. All items noted
in the correction must be addressed prior to final project approval. Please do not call for a re -
inspection until you have completed everything in the notice.
