Engineering has reviewed the modification request for the Hill Lake Ballinger Plat, which
originally received preliminary plat approval on October 16, 2008. The proposed
modification requests a reduction in the number of lots from 8 to 7. The modification as
proposed is approved by the Engineering Division.
Please refer to the Engineering Requirements included as Attachment 13 to the Preliminary
Plat Planning Division staff report. The applicant will be required to satisfy these
requirements as a condition of plat approval.
