Remove temporary mailboxes 2. Remove santi-can from right-of-way 3. Permanently stabilize exposed soils 4. Plant street trees in tree grates on 76th Ave W 5. Install wetland signage 6. Re -grade or add retaining walls where necessary to achieve a maximum 2:1 slope from back of sidewalk to utility pole (on 76th Ave frontage) as well as to the north of the new plat road. Retaining walls proposed to be located within the City right-of-way must first be approved through an encroachment permit process. Refer to City handout E26 for more information. 7. The stop sign can remain in the location it was at time of inspection. While approval to locate the street signs 243rd & 76th on top of the stop sign has been confirmed, the location of the stop sign is so far to the east that it would prevent the street signage from being completely visible from 76th Ave. Therefore, please locate the street sign post on the south side 243rd 8. Clean water meter boxes to provide for clear access to meters. 9. Clean/add quarry spalls at storm system outfall to lake. Rock shall be free of sediment. 10. Please provide documentation/confirmation that stormwater drywell was installed in the right- of-way, adjacent to Lot 1. 11. Please provide documentation confirming filter installation for storm filter. 12. The City Sewer Division has been notified to re -TV the sewer main. Results of this will follow this correction notice. 13. Provide one hard copy and one electronic copy of the project asbuilt showing all utilities, road, frontage improvements, etc. 14. The following items have not yet been completed. The developer has requested this work be completed after most of the single family home construction is completed. A performance bond shall be held for this work: a. Final lift of asphalt on the plat road. b. Re -inspect street monuments after final asphalt lift. c. Construction of an asphalt thickened edge along the north side of the plat road. d. Construction of a concrete gutter through the hammerhead turnaround, per plans. e. Permanent connection of stormwater pump/electrical system and alarm panel. f. Grass road pavers over sewer easement.
