I have attached a copy of a plan showing the location of the trees currently in discussion (red circle on the plan) and below that a copy
of the plan from the 2013 report by S.A. Newman Firm. When you compare survey stationing, it looks like the trees in question are in
group 3 in the S.A. Newman Firm report, which states the following:
Tree group nos. 3, 4 & 5
appear at left in order from top
to bottom. AIIDouglas fir in
these tree groups appear
generally healthy and vigorous.
Apple and dead cherry appear
at lower right of bottom photo
and entirely engulfed in
English ivv.
I am not seeing documentation that this grouping of trees was previously identified as trees that should be removed. It would still
appear as though the health of the trees was compromised by the construction activities.

that are located on the adjacent neighbor's property.

Jeanie,
I have attached a map showing that a majority of the trees along the North property line of Shoreshire are not on the
Shoreshire property but on the adjacent property owners property.
I have also attached a copy of the original arborist report which points out that there were pockets of laminated root rot in
some of these trees.
Early on we had conversations with all these owners about the removal of these trees and all of them did not want any of
them be removed, even when told they were diseased and likely to die.
Asking us to remove trees on other people's propertywhen they have made it clear they do not want them removed puts us
in a very unattenable position.
