The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the Old Millown Upper Dayton ADB application. Additional information is
requested from the applicant at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
1. Please show staging of equipment, etc. for this project.
2. Will awnings project over the City sidewalk? Please provide a plan view that clearly
shows the property line, sidewalk and the awnings.
3. Similarly, please provide a plan view that clearly shows the property line, sidewalks and
the proposed planters. Clearly show the pedestrian path of travel along the sidewalk.
Provide dimensions for the planters and the distance between the north edge of the
planters and the face of curb or nearest structure.
